About Building Blocks Childcare Center
Who we are:
Our children's program is licensed as an Early Intervention Day Treatment program. Each child that is eligible and who qualifies for our program will have a written individual treatment plan (ITP) as a result of therapy evaluations. Each ITP will consist of objectives that will be addressed within the classroom and therapy setting each day to improve each child’s overall development.

Who is eligible?
In order to qualify for services at Building Blocks Childcare Center, a child must exhibit delays in at least two areas (motor, social, cognitive, self-help/adaptive, or communication) on standardized developmental assessments, and qualify for either speech therapy, occupational therapy, or physical therapy. Children must also qualify for Medicaid services.

Following initial evaluations, treatment scripts must be signed by the child's physican.
